Doggies

I was on my way to school this morning and I saw this dog. It walked right pass me, towards this big old tree. It lifted up its hind legs (is that what it's called?)... and started to PEE!

No big deal right? Dogs pee everywhere and whenever thay want. I can understand if its a stray dog lah. They don't have a so called proper place to do their private place. But that dog was obviously not a stray. Way too clean and groomed. It had a collar.

Owners should keep an eye on their dogs? blehx.
